By downloading or using 00, you agree to these terms. 00 is a free, independent, open-source project — please use it responsibly.

1. The software

00 is provided free of charge for use on macOS. You may install and run it on your own devices. Your use of any third-party model provider or communication channel through 00 is also subject to that provider's terms.

2. Provided “as is”

THE SOFTWARE IS PROVIDED “AS IS”, WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO THE WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. You use it at your own risk.

3. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, in no event shall the author be liable for any claim, damages, data loss, or other liability, whether in an action of contract, tort, or otherwise, arising from or in connection with the software or its use.

4. Your responsibilities

You are responsible for the API keys, accounts, and credentials you connect; for any charges those providers bill you; and for the actions your agents take. See our Acceptable Use policy.

5. Trademarks & affiliation

00 is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Anthropic, OpenAI, Google, Meta, Ollama, or any other company referenced. All product names, logos, and brands are the property of their respective owners and are used only to indicate compatibility.

6. Changes

We may update these terms; continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
